Abstract
Deelrapport van een groter onderzoek dat door I& Research werd uitgevoerd in opdracht van het ministerie van SZW. In de onderzochte groep arbeidsmigranten (N=192) heeft 63% arbeidsrechtelijke conflicten meegemaakt (ter vergelijking, de Nederlandse werkenden in de bevraging van I&O Research: 35%). In de meeste gevallen heeft het arbeidsrechtelijke conflict een grote impact op de emotionele belasting en financiële situatie van arbeidsmigranten.
