Abstract
Dankzij een studie van het Centraal Planbureau is er voor het eerst zicht op de verschillende functies van bv’s. Er worden bv’s opgericht om te sparen, te beleggen, een pensioen op te bouwen, vastgoed te beheren of deelnemingen in andere ondernemingen te beheren. Hoewel begrippen als pensioen-, spaar- en vastgoedbv’s en holdings vaak gebruikt worden door fiscalisten, zijn deze verschillende functies tot nu toe niet systematisch in kaart gebracht.
