    Abstract

The Department of Labour Law and Social Policy of the Tilburg Law School started in May 2015 with a long-term project on labour migration and labour mobility. The aim was to monitor the developments in this area and to study the impact of the influx of foreign labour on the Dutch labour market. On 25 April, the project team organised an expert meeting, The social dimension of cross-border work. The participants received beforehand a reader, edited by Jan Cremers, with topical documents on the European Social Pillar and on the revision of the Posting of Workers Directive. Most documents are in Dutch.
