Nu door de COVID-19 pandemie een grote instroom van bijstandsgerechtigden met zeer diverse achtergrond aanstaande is, zal een aanpak met persoonlijke aandacht gebaseerd op eigen regie, maatwerk en/of vertrouwen minstens zo goed kunnen werken als de huidige controlerende aanpak.
