    Abstract

In this final report (in Dutch), Mijke Houwerzijl and Jan Cremers (both working at the Tilburg Law School) summarise the work that was carried out within the framework of the project Internationalization of the labour market / HRM policy (INT-AR). The research, carried out in the period 2015-2017, aimed to increase the insight into the capacity, scope, context, significance and consequences of the internationalising Dutch labour market with the explicit aim of providing building blocks for policy. The research focused on the behaviour of actors (employers, intermediaries and labour migrants) on the labour market. At the end of the extensive summary, the authors state that the evil blood that unequal treatment causes at the workplace undermines the employment of labour migrants where this engagement is really necessary to keep the business afloat. The annexes bundle the publications associated with the research.
