Voor niet-standaard werkenden bieden de huidige nationale en Europese regels nog te weinig inkadering en duidelijkheid omtrent de socialezekerheidspositie van deze groeiende groep werkenden. Deze grenseffectenrapportage biedt een ex-post knelpuntenanalyse.
