Abstract
In de Kamerbrief bespreekt de staatssecretaris enkele verbetervoorstellen voor de anbi-regeling. Het gaat onder meer om de aanpak oneigenlijk gebruik van de anbi-status, geen aanscherping van beschikkingsmachtscriterium, geen omvorming van de giftenaftrek naar geefsubsidie, steun aan instellingen zonder anbi-status.
