title = "Mettre en mots un esprit pop.: Les novellisations de {"}Bibi \& Tina{"} et de {"}Hanni und Nanni{"} ",
abstract = "This chapter deals with the {\textquoteleft}Bibi \& Tina{\textquoteright} films and the {\textquoteleft}Hanni \& Nanni{\textquoteright} films –German youth blockbusters of the 2010{\textquoteright}s– and their novelization. These films, adapted from literary series and/or radio play series, take up the aesthetics, the editing rhythm and other codes of video clips, and have been qualified as {\textquoteleft}pop{\textquoteright}. Hyper saturated colors, interweaving of sung and danced scenes and permanent action take precedence over the psychology of the characters. I show the difficulties that this poses for the novelizations of these films, and how the authors of the novelizations manage to capture this 'pop spirit' and put it into words.",
