Abstract
In a contribution to the Dutch quarterly Zeggenschap, Jan Cremers (TLS) summarises some of the results of the research project INT-AR (the internalisation of the labour market). The article is mainly dedicated to the societal consequences of the recruitment of labour migrants, their labour market position and the responsibility of the user undertaking and the recruitment agency. Cremers formulates a plea for an enhanced corporate social and societal responsibility, to be developed by the user undertakings, instead of the current free rider attitude.
