Abstract
Tussen 1999 en 2021 zijn er in Nederland 2,7 miljoen woningen bijgekomen. Waren dit betaalbare woningen? Sinds 1999 werden er in Nederland 3,6 keer zoveel koop- als huurwoningen gebouwd, met name in het duurdere segment. Dure woningen bouwen levert via doorstroming ook betaalbare woningen op, maar deze zal stokken als de woningprijs daalt.
