Abstract

The main purpose of present study is to provide a meta-analytic examination of the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in Turkish sample using principles of psychometric meta-analysis method. In this context, 37 individual (primary) studies in Turkish organizational behavior and organizational psychology literature were obtained and examined, and 29 of them were identified as appropriate for meta-analysis. Results based on 29 individual studies (N = 8674) indicated a moderately strong, positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. The theoretical and practical contributions of these findings were discussed, and directions for future research were identified.
