Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) took a leading role in everyday business life, and it is evident that its impact on software project management is transformative. This book explores how AI techniques and the synergy of optimization methods, such as Artificial Neural Networks and Taguchi’s Orthogonal Arrays, improve project scheduling, effort estimation, and risk management. By leveraging AI, businesses can enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and achieve greater efficiency in project execution.
