Abstract
De kottervisserij ontvangt jaarlijks gemiddeld honderd miljoen euro subsidie. De overheidssteun moet het aanbod van vis door de Nederlandse kottervloot, en daarmee de voedselzekerheid, veiligstellen, en bovendien de vloot verduurzamen. Dragen de subsidies bij aan het bereiken van deze doelen?
