Abstract
De tuinbouw komt er niet meer mee weg arbeidsmigranten in te huren alsof het inwisselbare anonieme handjes zijn betoogt Jan Cremers van de Universiteit van Tilburg in dit essay. De toenemende concurrentie tussen sectoren, maar ook de manier waarop landen in de oostelijke helft van de EU trekken aan hun eigen jonge arbeidspotentieel, maakt een actiever en positiever hr-beleid noodzakelijk. De tuinbouw zou zomaar eens snel uit de gratie kunnen raken.
