On the basis of the detailed mathematical analysis of realistic approximations of Texas Hold’em cash games and tournaments as provided in  and , respectively, this paper reconfirms the findings of the court in The Hague  that on the basis of the methodology of relative skill it can be concluded that Texas Hold’em in all its practical variants is a game of skill.
