Abstract
In earlier papers, I reported about my input as independent European expert in the ELA-meetings in the period 2020-2024. Given the brief period passed since October 2024, I dedicate this contribution to an overview of general remarks that I have made in recent years during the debates about the Multiannual Programming Documents.
