Abstract
This study explores whether state-of-the-art approaches help Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) recognize and prevent cybercrime. Interviews and surveys show an overlap between these methods and those used by LEAs and practitioners, highlighting the need for closer collaboration in developing innovative tools to fight cybercrime.
