To provide equal opportunities for inflow and vertical mobility of people in terms of age and (non)migration background is a challenge many organisations face. Based on qualitative and quantitative data, this reports identifies all the factors that produce inequality accoring to age and background in inflow an vertical mobility of Eindhoven Municipality.
