Abstract
Deze belastingbeschouwing draagt, net als vermogensbezit, meerdere gezichten. Ze dient niet alleen als samenvattend overzicht van de achtergronden van de initiatieven om (extreem) vermogensbezit te belasten en de praktische (on)mogelijkheden van deze miljonairsbelastingen, maar richt zich ook op de morele gronden van eigendom en de bescherming van het ongestoord genot daarvan. Afsluitend worden concrete voorstellen gedaan om naleving van deze aanvullende vermogensheffing te waarborgen.
